has title says, random boots from xboxlive, using a netgear dgn 2000, oo also, yer speeds neve rget anywhere wot u claim to offer, got a nice shiney mail saying, i was getting 16meg, still on the 4.8meg grrr

Are you using wireless? It may be worth trying to change your wireless channel if you are.
Do you turn your router off? Below is your connection logs:

Turning the router off can also effect your speeds, I'd suggest leaving it on 24/7. You are currently on ADSL1, so you will only see speeds of up-to 8MB/s. An order has already been placed on your line(ticket #57851936) to re-grade you to ADSL2+.
