rDNS change request seems to have got lost in the abyss

As the title, raised ticket #79761138 nearly 4 days ago now. Could one of the DC team give it a poke please ?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Give me 5 minutes and I'll put the change through. It'll take up to 24 hours due to DNS updates.
