"Fibre Extra" service getting slower and slower over the last few weeks

I originally was getting 56Mbps but its been sliding down for the last few weeks. BT speed test says I'm now down to 

28.60

Mbps

That's worse than my old "Fibre" service, and I'm paying more for this?? This is also under my minimum guaranteed rate I believe. DSL checker is down to:

Max Observed Downstream Speed	34.99
Max Observed Upstream Speed	14.87
Observed Date	2020-04-12

I don't have the original speed to hand on that one, but I think it was close to 60Mbps. Why is this happening?

If it due to working from home fairness, I assume you will reduce the cost to a fair level as well? It's not the first time I've had this kind of issue though.
