"Checking your details" Problem

Hi,
I signed up to PlusNet on Saturday night  via TopCashback - then at around midnight I checked by order status (Just browsing - I'm not inpatient!) and seen that I had this message:
"Sorry - we found a problem whilst checking your details.
Our support team will now make more checks and email you as soon as possible. "
No email which is understandable as it's a Sunday, but I just wanted to ask a PlusNet person if it's the mac code? As I may have gotten my O's and 0's mixed up!

try giving them a call on 01142965198 am sure someone will be able to help you. People are in 24/7 at plusnet towers Smiley

Just in case you weren't aware, your order is now progressing fine and should complete on the 19th.
