I've just checked the ticket on your account and can see that the bridge case to fix the profile issue has an expected clear time of tomorrow. I've spoken to Chris and he'll keep you updated about that.

Bridge cases don't have a specific lead time, its worth noting that they are raised to fix specific BT system problems and don't constitute a fault report in general and so aren't subject to the same lead time for a response to a fault report (which is usually 72 hours).  Yours was raised on the 20th, on the 21st (yesterday) we were advised by BT that we'd have an update on the 22nd (today) Nothing has come through yet but my colleague will be updating your ticket as soon as we hear something back.

iam not complaining im just tring to understand how this particular fault process(bridge case) works

no need now
the profile set by bt has reverted back to 20cn profile
so what ever they did didnt work  Cry

just to add to this bt tried to set the profile manually to a 21cn profile
its changed back to 20cn
surely this must be a problem with the exchange hardware/firmware
has it been checked to see if anyone else of this exchange has a 21cn profile (on bt speedcheck)
