profile reset

Hi Plusnet , Any chance i can get my line reset , not getting the speeds I should the profile is wrong .
This is due to old router not compatible with adsl 2+,,, now have new router

Can you please post your router stats so that a clear picture can be seen.
You might need a SNRM reset and / or a profile reset - it depends!
Note you are not likely to see a DCT presence on the forums before Tuesday.  If the SNRM / synch speed are right for your line, you might well see the data profile change automatically before then.  If however your line has been Andes then intervention will be required.

There's nothing in particular wrong with your line from what I can see.
Your line is not banded in any way and your current line speed is matching the BT Profile.
What sort of throughput are you seeing when you run speedtests?
Ideally we'd need them carrying out over a ethernet cable as well
