That looks like ADSL Max/IPStream and it makes no difference until the IP Profile itself updates. Given it is only one step to the 3.5Mbps which it ought to be, that could be 4-5 days from the increased sync.
Then the limit will still be the IP profile. Though the PN Current line speed will probably fall to 3.5 also, through the auto-update.
Edit - @Lenny. The IP Profile is set by BT Wholesale and Plusnet cannot alter it. The Plusnet Current Line Speed is what I expect has now been set to 4000, but as I said, it is auto-updated when the IP Profile changes. (That update can fail). More detail.
