For some odd reason, on a 2900 kbps BT profile, plusnet lowers it to 2.5mbps.  Give me my 400kbps back

If you read the forums you will find out why your profile will not be maintained at 2900 but will always be reduced to 2500.

I do read the forums, suprisingly. 
I do know that Jojo has mentioned that plusnet are still getting the old BT profile deltas and not the new BT 88.2% deltas until at least December.
However, I also know that when I've asked Jojo in the past to override the BT delta she's done so and it has stuck well (until my connection has died a few days later.)
If you search for my previous related posts in this forum, you can see that I've asked for this to happen before.  This was just another one such post.

Sync speed 3759.  88.2% is 3315.  Could you manually bump my profile from 2500 to 3500 please?
