Although it's set to auto, it's currently on fast. By the way did you know you can add pro to your extra package for just £5.00 per month?

can it not be on fast permanently? .. yeah I did know I just downgraded from it? lol. didn't see the point if it only helps with new games.

Yes, you can turn it off completely, just raise a ticket for it. As for the pro add on, it's not just new games it's good for there's also no rate limits across all protocols which means download sites/servers/P2P traffic aren't restricted during peak hours.
