poor upload

Hello all.
I have a great download speed of 6-7kbs put my upload is only 0.3 is there any way this can be improved?

That sounds about right for the product you're currently on. It is possible to updgrade to max premium which increases it to 832kbps: http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/products/max_premium.shtml#cost let us know if that's something you're interested in.
