poor connectivity

I have lost my connection intermittently each evening this week. After hanging on the phone for up to 45 minutes the Plusnet technician has run through all the tests and finally told me yesterday that there is a centerline issue that they're trying to solve. This evening after a period on line it was lost again. I'm fed up with this poor service and may leave Plusnet as a direct result if it is not corrected very soon. First they told me it was my router then my asdl filter but now it has let me down again. .

Sorry to hear about the issues with your connection
there is a centerline issue that they're trying to solve

There's no known issues at the moment so you'd just need to go down the path of raising a fault to get this issue investigated and resolved. That can be done online here at
