plusnet speed test looses my history

Why does the plusnet speed test not remember my history? I tend to run a speed test every 2 or 3 weeks on both thinkbroadband and plusnet. The history on tb remembers every speed test that I have done (well, I think that it has) but when I go to the My Broadband Speed test from the plusnet site it has generally lost the history of all of the previous tests completed. Having run a test this morning details of that test are there but no others. I am on a fixed IP address so no reason there for not identifying previous tests as mine.

Re: plusnet speed test looses my history

the results I think are stored via a cookie, if you delete these you loose your history.  Q.E.D.

Re: plusnet speed test looses my history

If you do delete the cookie, it will pick up your previous results if it's within 36hrs since the previous speedtest and reassign you that ID. If it's over the 36hrs mark, it will give you a new ID which is why you won't see the history.
