plusnet profile 250 bt profile 4500... could someone please give it a kick?

Hi there.
My ip profile has just been increased back up to 4500 by BT after 3 days at 250:

but my PN rate is still locked at 250...

When can I expect my PN profile to catch up?

I've just manually updated your profile for you which should have now taken effect. I can see no obvious reason why this has not changed automatically, so as I have seen a few other instances of this being reported I am now collating account details with a view to this being investigated.

The missus was threatening to "call in an expert to get it sorted" as she didn't believe me when I kept saying it would fix itself if we were patient
The thought of  the kids unable to use youtube/iplayer all easter holiday just doesn't bear thinking about!

My BT profile is 4000 but my PN profile is 3500. My sync rate has been a little over 5000 for over a week now. Can PN manually set my profile up to 4000 to match BT?
