Have posted here before,basically had no constant broadband speed since June,it fluctuates madly and mostly does not work,to date we’ve had 13 openreach visits,who have tested and replaced wires,theybblame plusnet then plusnet blame them,it improves for a few days then invariably goes down again.had another visit this morning and we discovered our line capped at 2 mb.....plusnet promised to increase immediately but haven’t done so,rang them again,same old,both blaming each other....literally tearing our hair out,there is no customer care,we have had a refund of £20 so far,refused to give anymore until situation resolved,well that’s not going to happen is it.how effective is the ombudsman?
attached our speed test this evening ,which is good for us !!
