plus net sync profile

how many times aday and at what times. does plus net check bt's sync profile.
as i have bein profiled at 250 by bt 4 past 3-4 days. now bt's sync profile has gone back to my 2500-3000 norm just waiting 4 plus net to catch up.
i know no other company would tell me this information but as its plus net its worth a try.
cant wait to get my broadband speed back.
any one know why llu syncs u at what your router syncs at and dosent bother with profiles?
would it be so hard for bt to change there profile system?

Hi Scootie,
I've changed your profile for you, apologies for the delay. Reboot your ADSL hardware and you should pick up the new speed.
I'm not sure why LLU and BT work differently but as far as I know the equipment in the exchange is different for LLU customers than it is for BT's, so they work in a different way. If I find out in any more detail I'll let you know.
