Inspection shows this has already been done.
Further inspections shows it was not possible to speed this process up, as it was following automated steps which are required until the time it was actioned, which was pretty damned quick, once the automation completed.

well u needed a card on my account to pay and then refund the per rata fees and the automated system was coming back with card declined.
so after a few goes to get it to work on your automatic upgraded system i rang up your customer service which put my card deatils in the same as i had bein putting them in the automatic system and low and behold good old humans got the card to work.
very happy with your customer service and just before midnight usage kicked in was now off the speed caped p2p on option 1 to smile on my face option 3 p2p speeds.
whats the deal with the extras like somthing like 240mins of calls what do i need to beable to use this feature. do you need a voip port on your router or somthing?
is there any other extras on option 3 compared to option 1.?
