phone causes internet to disconect

done it for years since before joining you

fed up with it

think its a dodgy connection

Hi there, I've just tested your line and the results are showing something called a "loop fault" as that can be caused by equipment or wiring plugged into the line it would be best if I can test your line again with everything unplugged from it. That way if the same result shows on our tests it will confirm that it's an Openreach fault with the line.
