Unfortunately it looks like a resync at 288kbps was picked up yesterday which has kept the profile down at 1000kbps I'm afraid. I can see you've still a fault ticket open on your account, but this is making me suspicious that there's noise on the phone line - is this something you've noticed at all by any chance?

the SNR reset does start a 10 day training period. With your current stats it shouldn't be tool long before the profile lifts.
