Re: perfect connection gone bad

HI Cartman,
Are these what happened last time or have you tried the check I suggested this time, because we will need you to do that before we can raise a fault.

Glad to hear it, so long as your getting the speed that's what matters. Smiley

Re: perfect connection gone bad

Hi, Still having problems and now moved to the test socket.
BT's profile doesnt seem to want to budge from 750Kbps but PN has to 6000Kbps
I have had disconnections from line noise but always resynced over 6000Kbps
Getting pretty fed up with this now...

Re: perfect connection gone bad

Hi cartman,
Just ran a line test and BT profile now back to 6000k. Are you seeing that at your end?

Re: perfect connection gone bad

Hi Jojo, Just done a speedtester and reports are below...
Download speedachieved during the test was - 684 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 200-1000 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :6912 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 750 Kbps
Been on 750Kbps since last friday.
Weird because PN was at 750Kbps.

Re: perfect connection gone bad

Hmm, that's odd. I'll do some more digging, as I'm seeing 6000 on the BT systems.

Hi cartman ,
I just ran some other checks and there is an inconsistency with your profile. I have one of our faults team raising this now for you.
