Your connections have been a bit flakey and this has caused the BT profile to drop to 250, but with a current sync rate of 6432 it should lift to 5500 if the line stays stable.
I take it the phone on the extension has a filter on it?

At the moment your sync rate is 16563 giving you the 14000. We can't manually bump it. The line will have to sync at 18176Kbps to get it back to 16000. Maybe try rebooting between 10am-2pm which could get the sync rate up.

When you do reboot do it through your router interface via the disconnect/connect button and this will ensure the DLM doesn't see it as a drop.

Will I hear from BT if they have looked at my line or will PN tell me first?
