packet loss and terrible connection to ts 3

what has happened to connections to the netherlands over the last 2 weeks
my packet loss is 40 50%
and pings of over 100ms
...this is not a local problem a few of my friend contry wide are with plusnet and they have the same problem

and its not the router or connection as ive just upgraded to fibre today and its exacly the same

Packet loss not as high as yours but ping times quite variable...

It looks like the problem is in the Netherlands at 87.245.246.59
