I'd like to be able to set options so that messages related to e-mail or connection settings can be copied to all users, but still keep private messages such as those relating to billing. I'm thinking the usage allowance warning would be an obvious one to send to all users, not just the account holder! on a related note, it would be nice to specifiy when this e-mail is sent i.e. warn me when I only have x GB remaining, but let me specify x myself.
Other messages to cc all user mailboxes might include if Plusnet place or lift restrictions on the connection speed or if there are changes to spam filter.
Is this something I can do already using the Plusnet member centre? (I know I can set up forwarding rules on the email client, but it's possibly not the best option - some types of mails may be overlooked, or unwanted ones may be forwarded)
