The test socket basically disconnects the rest of the telephone wiring from your house i.e. your telephone extension sockets.
Do you have any other phones  / Sky box or anything plugged into these extensions and if so, do they each have a microfilter on them ?

Look at the dates - you weren't on line without interruption for 48 hours in the test socket at the time the graph was generated - there were 3 disconnections in the previous 48 hours so not much different from previously

To me, that graph says you had 4 disconnections on the 11th and one on the 12th.

Well I was doing the test socket for 48 hours then get an opinion and if they think its not normal then an engineer will have to come and try find the fault

I don't say it isn't normal given the appalling weather conditions
I am saying that there is no significant difference between the test socket and not the test socket
Have you reported a voice fault as you were advised to do on the 9th Feb
