no internet light on router
My broadband was disconnected last Monday in error. I got through to customer services today who have set me up with a new account. I also got an email under my new account name with the header "your broadband's ready to go"
I've unplugged my router and filters a few times. I've tested the landline. Pretty sure I've gone through all the steps I can but the internet light stays off on the router and I can't connect to the internet.
Can you please help?
