no broadband since last night

woke up this morning to no broadband.. restarted everything, still nothing.. cant get through to plusnet and no live chat option.. this is not good enough PLUSNET!!!  most of us are trying to work from home... why would they cut themselves off from everyone with not even a service update or nowt!

You don't say where you are, @cjonline , but have you had electrical or thunderstorms recently?

I am in the same position. No WiFi at all. Can't work today. Can't get through for any updates. No information at all. Based in the Highlands.

I'm in south ayrshire.. no thunderstorms or rain last night.
