@ffox That is why I asked Smiley Not because I doubt that the line trains over two days, I'm just not sure whether we're prevented from raising a fault by automated systems that may not have been updated with the new 2 day period.

You're unlikely to get any feedback on here until Monday, but if you login to the Member Centre at https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=questions&?helpheader=questions you can see if there is any update to your fault ticket.
CSC and Faults do work over weekends.

Is there any news on this? It's been very unstable over the weekend, speeds going up to 4MB and down to 10Kb in the space of seconds.

Hi there,
It looks like you've had a couple of disconnections but nothing major, your speed profile is still showing as around 75Mb according to BTs side of things - any chance you could run another BT speed test please (http://www.speedtester.bt.com)? Soon as we have the results from that I'll be able to push to get your fault raised (thanks for doing that).

The download speed has got a lot better it's just very unstable.
