ok, would you expect to see if fibre was available?
I currently have;-
WBC ADSL 2+
ADSL MAX
WBC FIXED RATE
FIXED RATE
COPPER MULTICAST
THESE ARE THE SAME WHEN I ENTER MY IN LAWS DETAILS WHO HAVE FIBRE BY BT

You should see FTTC A clean and FTTC  B impacted on that list as well if fibre is enabled.

It may be that there are no free ports in the cabinet, so it will show up as not available until one or more ports become available.
