moving house

Hi, My son wants to move house. He is a Plusnet customer.
Ringing 0800 4320 200 repeatedly, day after day, results in always being told to wait on average for 1 hour.
This is not really good enough is it?
If this is in the wrong forum section I apologise.
Contacting Plusnet is not easy.
Advice please.

It's absolutely appalling isn't it!. The best I can suggest is to try calling at a quiet time if possible.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
