i joined plus net just over 2 week ago and should be on a 8 meg line ive been having constant connection issues slow downloads.
over the last two weeks ive been telling plus net theres a fault for them to tell me there isnt (im currently plugged into test socket) ive also tried 2modems / 2 modem cables / 4 filters / all from plusnet ... ive just done speed checks and got the following
Today 22:03 179 kbps (22.4kB/s) 132 kbps (16.5kB/s) Share
Today 22:01 686 kbps (85.8kB/s) 120 kbps (15kB/s) Share
Today 22:00 240 kbps (30kB/s) 285 kbps (35.6kB/s) Share
Today 21:59 217 kbps (27.1kB/s) 215 kbps (26.9kB/s) Share
Today 21:58 262 kbps (32.8kB/s) 164 kbps (20.5kB/s) Share

when i contacted plus net last week they informed me the connection had dropped (disconnected) 15 times over the week the tech also quoted (it isnt normal)
when i spoke to them today they told me it dropped 11 times over the last week :s now please tell me this is my problem
