lo0-central4.pcl-ag06.plus.net speed problem gateway

Had to move my router and got lo0-central4.pcl-ag06.plus.net on reconnection and had dire speeds, gateway hopped to ptn-ag01 and back to normal

What sort of things were slow?  It's graphs look good atm.

Everything I had tried a few web sites and on demand streaming.  Then ran a few speed tests and got various results from 1.5mb to 2mb and when it did give 2mb it was spiking during the test from 1mb too 2mb.  Usually I average 2.5-3mbit with a follow wind, so single gateway hop and I'm back to 2.5mb currently.
