It looks as though the Faults Team have deemed your speeds to be fine, given that it's above your speed estimate.

Thanks, actually upload is BELOW estimate, and by 22% but after waiting all this time, I guess like others we have to accept it. It seems that BTOR operate at the minimum acceptable level, and even below that if it suits them,
I don't know of any other service you can purchase that gets worse as time goes on, not better. But of course the price stays the same. I have seen BTOR are being challenged over pricing of FTTC, perhaps a challenge over the level of service would be a better aspect !
