Have you raised a fault with us if there's a problem with your line?

There's no point.
I'll be told it manages a decent speed most of the time and hence no problem exists.
However, just in case - I'll raise a fault.....
Told you so...

@g3uiss You have to give or take for overheads, around 700 or so would be about right in my view, the same way that there are overheads on ADSL.
@vilefoxdemonofdoom - IF that's the way you feel then you're probably best not raising a fault. If you want us to take a look, we will.

Chris
Some time now passed since drop and latency, presumably due to interleaving being on. Will the BTW graph now always be red ??
Its dropped speed more since the last exchanges on the board here, i'm now in the 25% area you mentioned. The ticket was closed some time ago.

I'm not sure why the PT is showing as read as the results returned are looking fine, given that the results you're getting, in comparison to the IP Profile.
Interleaving is set to Low at the moment, if Interleaving does remove itself, the sync rate should improve.

Re: latenecy doubled at 0700 Today speed drop of 20%

I think the line attached is a bit odd. Its the opposite way around to most other results I have seen i.e. 19.82 - 20. Not in reverse like mine 20 - 19.82. I agree the throughput is OK given the profile quoted.
Are you able to ascertain what errors are stopping the DLM from putting me back where I was ? Its over 28 days now, so I doubt anything would now happen. Is the largest barrier not at 28 ?

Re: latenecy doubled at 0700 Today speed drop of 20%

No, the barrier actually goes quite a bit higher than 28.
We can't tell which errors are causing the DLM to keep Interleaving on, we don't have that level of information yet 😕

We can take a look at this as part of a fault if you could raise a fault for us at http://faults.plus.net

Thanks. I've raised a fault 88886976. I have tried to make it clear what I believe is happening!
Also attached latest screen grab of the BTW test. Whilst my download is just within the range quoted in the DSLchecker site, my upload however no longer is
Thanks
