latency spikes

Been gateway hopping for the last 20 mins now with no luck. Cant find a stable gateway.

Is that spikes on a particular server or game?

After my game became unplayable I started a ping test. To start with I was just donig test to bbc.co.uk and I didn't think of checking other server but after checking, it would seem other servers too are showing spikes.
