issues viewing or accessing certain websites such as glass suppliers

Been having issues connecting to certain websites, at the moment I am having to use a VPN to connect to those websites, it appears the issue is with plus net

anyone have any ideas ? as it appears it is no longer possible to submit a support ticket and phoning plus net takes forever to get through not really good enough considering the adverts on the TV (possible breach of advertising terms with false claims) 

I have rebooted and restarted wifi box, cleared cache files not sure what else I can do other than switch to another company rather than living in a VPN

Sites are glass sites and other non adult sites

Try this; depending on router, change the DNS settings to
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
which are Google's. If you've a PN Hub One you can't do that so will need to amend each devices Network settings to achieve.
