I'm surprised your getting anything at all  :o, that gateway doesn't exist any more, that's the old Tiscali LLU one.
I've edited my post to put the Gateway in.
Edit: I'm guessing it's now a new one using the old name, see later post.

Hmmm. I assumed you were mistaken as there is no packet drop graph (that I can see )
I can only guess it's one of the newest gateways for which there isn't a graph as yet, probably because of all the other issues.

well I got channel dumped at 20:35 last night now You are currently connected to the "Telehouse East, Juniper 3" gateway. This gateway is sometimes known as pte-ag1.

Yesterday we saw some extreme slowdowns on the Community Site, however they only lasted for a very short period hence no service status. As far as I know we're up to a full complement of servers now.

So I suppose we can only put the crumby performance here down to network issues occasionally, also the fact that the Community Site always has been like this, I believe there were some recent threads about it - went on whilst I was on holiday - I'll have to have a read.
