I note that this has been a previous topic but I cannot find the answer to the problem.
When the prompt arrives on the iphone4 to join plusnet I type in the password on the underside of the router but the phone is 'unable to join'. I try both upper and lower case. I have also tried the plusnet password to no avail.
Help! If you can help please do so in a pictures and big writing style as I'm not very tecci.
Thanks

Hi lobsterman,
There's a way of setting the password to what ever you want. I'd recommend giving this a try.
First you'll need to log into the router from a PC. This is done by browsing to the address 192.168.1.254. You'll then be prompted for a username and password. The username should be 'Administrator' the password is the serial number of the router (on the same sticker as the wireless key)
You'll then need to go to the home network link (on the left) click on the wireless network icon then 'configure'
Let me know if you get stuck or if this doesn't work.
