Hi,
Could my profile be reset please I know my line can cope with about 3.5 to 4 but it seems to be stuck on 3 again!! which is a bit to slow for watching iplayer.
There has been some faults on our road which really needs replacing but BT wont replace it. They are here every week repairing someone lines!!

There have been a couple of drops of late. I'd like to see a little bit more stability before we make any changes to SNR for you.

Can you please post your router stats?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
