ip profile reset

Hi there can someone arrange for my ip profile to be reset it seems to be stuck at 1.6meg and should be over 2meg. Thanks in advance. Tony

Hi there,
I'm afraid the systems we'd normally check your profile with are down at the moment, any chance you can run a BT speed test (http://www.speedtester.bt.com) and post the results in here, particularly the line profile? We'll happily set it to match if so.

Ahah! Never mind, found a working test Your profile has been upped to 2000 to match the current one on your line. Hope that improves things for you.

I recently had a fault fixed and moved onto a different node thats less congested my profile is stuck at 2 megs and should be 7-8 megs can you please increase or reset so it can stabalise back to normal 7150 ty, my username is my broadband user name
