ip profie not updating

my plusnet ip profile is stuck at 1250.
we had a power blackout a week ago  while i was at work and my router resynced  at 1650 so bt lowered my profile
resynced the router and waited 3 days run a bt speedtest and my profile was up to 7000
however my plusnet ip profile is still a 1250 why is that

Hi jingo11,
Your BT profile has been set at 1250 since the 1st November. If you've maintained a steady sync rate with no connection drops since then I'd be happy to reset the SNR on your line and start the training period again?

my id profile is still not updating still at 1250
have had no lost of connection except 2 trying to
resync my router.bt speedtest shows
Download speedachieved during the test was - 1065 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps.

Ring support and ask for your current line speed to be set to match your IP Profile. If they try to tell you you have to wait for up to 3 days make it clear that it is already longer than that since the IP Profile went to 7000.

Hi jingo11,
You recently had a resync at 1696k which had kept your profile to 1250. If you stay connected now it should lift after 3 days.
