I was hoping that PlusNet/Force9 had changed in recent months, and was willing and able to act promptly to deal with issues... I'm not so sure now.
I introduced one of our Company Directors to Force9 some years ago, and recently suggested that he upgraded to Broadband with them. The line was scheduled to be activated on Tuesday ("2/10 after 12pm").
Well, it didn't happen on Tuesday... it didn't happen on Wednesday either... and (what a suprise) it didn't happen today.
Meanwhile, no apology from PlusNet or BT... no explanation from PlusNet or BT... if anyone at PlusNet actually cares then it's ticket No. 23000966 that I'd like an answer to. I won't hold my breath....

There's a DACS on your line. I've put further information on your ticket and BT are going to review the situation on the 9th.
