Did you hear any noise when you did the quiet line test? Was it plugged into the test socket. Upstream issues can certainly be affected by phone faults. If that is not the case then I would certainly raise a fault.

It was not plugged into the test socket when I rang the quiet line and there was no noise other than the voice over saying 'Quiet line test' or so.
