internet drops every 10-15 minutes

Hi guys, I seem to have some issues with the internet that have started yesterday 12/02/2015.
Every 10-15 minutes the internet goes down for about 2-3 minutes. Kind of frustrating.
Is there a know issue in my area or is there something I should do?
Regards,
Cosmin

You've got a few lost carriers, and a few RADIUS connection problems but I'm not seeing as many disconnections as you say.

Do you lose sync when the connection drops? Are these drops above when you've been rebooting by any chance?

I don`t know if actually disconnects but I get timed out packets, I'm constantly pinging recently. Could it have anything to do with my computer?

Unlikely, those disconnections that we can see are between the router and exchange/us.
However we haven't seen any disconnections since around 2pm. Are you seeing better stability from your side?

I couldn't be able to tell you as I have been sleeping was doing nightshift. I'll keep an eye on it and see if anything goes wrong again. Thanks for your help.

Is the phone line noisy?  Dial 17070 option 2 using a corded phone plugged into the master socket.
If there are crackles / hums / hissing on the line, then raise a noisy line fault with your phone provider, but say nothing about broadband issues.
