internet connection dropping all the time

Your connection does certainly seem better;

I've noticed that the fault was closed, it looks like you clicked that your fault was resolved. If there is an issues it would more than likely be an individual line fault, would you be able to run through the checks at http://faults.plus.net again if you think there's still an issue.

common plusnet its getting beyond a joke now
... i could fully understand if im on basic connection here  but paying a 19.99per/month
currently connected on test socket and still the same

so far so good no dropouts uninterrupted gaming   
and Download speed is good and Upload is acceptable
whatever you lot have done has worked
let just hope its stays like it
