Hi , Can anyone tell me if I can get interleaving turned permanently off on a line and if there is a charge for this service ? .

I had it turned off a few weeks ago , there was no charge.

You can't get it turned off 'permanently' because if the DLM in the exchange detects instability on your line it could turn it back on to try and stabilise it.
Generally speaking though it is turned off permanently if requested not withstanding the above and there is no charge.

strat. i belive once you have it set to off the dlm dosent tinker at all with this setting (certainly didnt on my PN fastpath flaky line anyway on both 20cn/21cn) if you raise a fault thoe BTw will not progress the fault any further unless interleaving is switched back on.
