iPlayer streaming & IP Stream Connect on PAYG

I'm on PAYG so everything is Gold or better.
That means that I won't suffer from the 0x60 problem and I should have no trouble watching low resolution streamed clips on the BBC website right?
Wrong! Just watched the video at the top of http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/motorsport/formula_one/8109009.stm and it kept on buffering.
Edit: NetMeter graph attached. The first block is when I tried to watch the clip. The significant drops are when it buffered.

Are you sure the traffic was being marked 0x60 jelv or is that an assumption? Is this still happening and if so are you able to Wireshark it next time?

I didn't look at a wireshark trace, I was just commenting on the experience. I'd assumed that it was correctly classified with me being on PAYG.

I've had a look this morning and it seemed fine and I also wiresharked it and confirmed it is 0x80 from 92.122.211.53
I'll check again this afternoon if I can (when Andy Murray is on court!). That should be a good test.

Surprise, surprise BBC Parliament is breaking badly with frequent messages that my solid 8Mb sync line isn't fast enough to stream in high quality.
The last few minutes of the NetMeter graph it was particularly bad.
Currently on IPSC.

BBC 2 streaming is stuttering badly as well.

wimbledon totally useless but the BBC diagnosis tests all came up OK

I'm currently collating examples where people are reporting problems so we can look into this in a bit more detail. Keep the feedback coming...
