i'm in spain apparently

today i'm in spain apparently, well google seems to think so.
i'm getting YouTube ES, Google search is asking if i want Google.es instead etc etc.
so is plusnet using recycled IP addresses that used to be in Spain?

I did see an email chain about some known geolocation issues.
I'll chase that up to see what I can find out for you.
