The response from BT can take up to 72 hours during a normal working week but as this was raised to them the day before Christmas Eve you may find it takes a little longer. BT will no doubt be inundated with faults at this time of year (see http://community.plus.net/comms/2007/12/12/festive-faults/ for more information on why) so please be patient and I'm sure you'll be updated soon.
You can be assured that our agents do chase BT for fault updates but there is little we can do beyond that
