to cancel or to not?

ok, ive now been with plus net 3 nearly 4 weeks, my  broadband  speed is 7.1 meg ,  im paying just under £29, now have a look at the picture, what would you guys do? this is for unlimited downloads instead of the 60gb im on just now and unlimited calls, im only on free evening and weekend calls just now, with an estimated speed of  18.1 this is more than double of the speeds im getting just now and would be cheaper with unlimited downloads and any time calls,
so if i wanted to cancel with plusnet how much would i pay to cancel all together?? i really cant see past the 18.1 meg i would be getting with talk talk rather than the 7.1 meg im getting just now

Re: have a look at this

I'd check out other LLU/ADSL2+ operators on your exchange before jumping to the heavily-throttled bargain basement....
What is available and what are your priorities, i.e what needs to work well and when?

to answer your question HP, my priorities are unlimited downloads, i download a hell of a lot of movies music, i do a hell alot of streaming, i.e. watch alot of bbc i player, you tube e.t.c.  the estimated speed 18.1 meg!!  compared to the 7.1 meg im getting just now,
some say avoid like the plague but, im finally in my own home, only just moved out my mothers house last month and we were with talk talk there and never had a problem,  18.1 meg gotta be good for the price and the unlimted downloads and anytime calls?Huh

As BT have not yet upgraded the exchange to 21CN your only alternative if you want faster speeds are the LLU operators. The one that stands out on that list is O2/Be whose reputation is infinitely better than StalkStalk.
Why are you including the Pro add-on in the price comparison?

Re: have a look at this

Be would be ideal for what you want, and cheaper than you pay now!  Cool
Edit: maybe not cheaper if your price includes phone line rental.

Re: have a look at this

Talktalks speedchecker seem to be pretty accurate.
