ftp speeds

Does the speed throttling include uploading via ftp to PN hosted websites. I'm trying to update my website, I can connect ok but the upload speed has more or less stalled

I believe it's restricted to 256 KB/s.

I'm trying to upload an album created with JAlbum software. I've uploaded it to the JAlbum web site via ftp with no problem (it took about 2 minutes) but trying to get it on my own site (3rd attempt) has so far taken 4 minutes to upload 0.31MB (out of 3.5MB) - so rather slow

I just tried uploading a big file to my Plusnet hosted site using FireFTP and the upload speed was just over 50KB/s  (about 400kbps)
