friday outage

hi since fridays outage i have now seen my ip profile go from 58 to 47.35 Mbps and my ping is higher  can any 1 tell me why this has happend thx

Probably because the DLM system kicked in...
Not quite sure how you go about getting it reset without an engineer's visit. I believe it should return to normal on its own though.

It can take 3-4weeks for it to return to normal. I'm still waiting
